We are proud to have worked at the planning stage for UTS’s proposed Indigenous Residential College on their Harris St campus. Engaged by Urbis, we have worked with the university’s Indigenous Working Group, BVN’s Kevin Obrien, Urbis, and Aspect landscape architects to deliver a public art strategy for the site. It’s an exciting project with a ceremonial space at its heart. It will also comprise an arts centre and gallery and focussed exclusively on indigenous artwork from SE Australia. Driven by Jonathan Jones this will be a first, along with the college itself, a reflection of UTS’s deep commitment to indigenous education.
